Going home after school and realizing you have no homework By: Doak Anderson

School is always the worst when you are not at school.


Phew! The long school day is over and you finally get to go home. You want to hang out with friends and family, but homework is holding you back from:


Movies with friends.


A quick day nap.


Playing with the dogs.


Other fun activities people enjoy in their free time.


At least homework gives us a never-ending supply of stress and is always there for us.


After the school day, it is time to finish your homework, but not if you don’t have any. This event is very rare. That feeling of freedom once your home and realize you have no homework is like winning a million dollars. Who actually enjoys doing school related things outside of school, because I know I don’t.


There is nothing better than having a whole day or weekend to not have to worry about homework. Especially on that Sunday night when you are ready to cram in all the work due the next day, and for that brief moment of remembering that you have no assignments you become so happy you start to smile.
